Information we collect

Account details for center staff (name, email, role), child and family records entered by the center (name, birthdate, guardians, allergies, authorized pickups), activity logs created in the app, and billing information needed to process subscriptions.

How we use it

To operate the service: showing a child's day to their family, running attendance and billing, sending notifications, and providing support. We do not sell personal information and we do not use child data for advertising or model training.

Children's information

Child records are entered and controlled by the childcare center acting as the data controller. Mini Me processes that data on the center's instructions. Parents can request access to or deletion of their child's information through their center.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to run the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under contract, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while the account is active and for a limited period afterward so records can be exported. Centers may request full deletion at any time by emailing info@mmccbr.com.

Your choices

Parents control photo-sharing consent and notification preferences. Center administrators control staff access. Contact info@mmccbr.com to exercise any data rights available to you.
