Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest in our managed database. Photos and documents are stored in access-controlled buckets, not public URLs.

Role-based access

Owners, admins, teachers and parents each see only what their role requires. Teachers see their classrooms; parents see their own children only. Every permission is enforced at the database level, not just in the interface.

Parent-controlled sharing

Photo and media permissions belong to the family. A parent can withdraw consent at any time and their child is excluded from shared media going forward.

Backups and availability

Automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery, and monitored infrastructure with redundancy across availability zones.

Privacy posture

Mini Me is built to support centers operating under COPPA and FERPA-aware practices. We never sell family data and we do not use child data for advertising.

Your responsibilities

Childcare centers remain responsible for complying with their own local licensing, privacy, data-security, record-retention and payment-processing requirements. Mini Me provides tools to support compliance; it does not replace your legal obligations. Report a security concern to info@mmccbr.com.
