Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for the staff accounts you create, and for keeping credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Trials are free and require no card. You may cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period and we do not prorate partial periods.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mini Me to store unlawful content, to access data you are not authorized to see, or to attempt to disrupt the service.

Data ownership

Your center's data remains yours. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service.

Compliance

Centers remain solely responsible for complying with local childcare licensing, privacy, data-security, employment and payment-processing requirements.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Mini Me available but provide the service as-is except where a written SLA applies. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

Changes
